Sensor Batteries
The motion sensor contains a button cell. In normal use, this lasts for approximately 3-4 years. After that, we offer a battery exchange. Within the warranty period we replace the batteries free of charge.
Sensor activate / deactivate
Activate the sensor by firmly pressing the sensor button until the display of the aXbo shows SENSOR ON. The sensor needs its battery only when it is moved. Therefore, the sensor only needs to be turned off for transport.
If your aXbo records movements over the day, please store your sensor as shown in the picture to avoid accidental movements.
Sensor Radiation
The sensor only emits when in motion. For a high amount of 500 movements per night, there is a total emission duration of less than 5 seconds. Also, the transmission power is only of 0.0001 V. A cell phone, for instance, transmits with 1 W.
